What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering means you're securing your item before it's produced. Sub Urban runs limited drops made-to-order, helping reduce waste and keep your piece exclusive.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items typically ship 3–5 weeks after the pre-order window closes. Production time includes sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control. We’ll email you updates along the way and send tracking when your item ships.
Final Sale
All pre-orders are final sale. This means we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items, as each piece is made specifically for you.
By placing a pre-order with Sub Urban, you agree that the final product may differ slightly from what is shown in promotional images or samples. These variations are part of the standard production process. By placing an order with Sub Urban, you agree to all the terms listed within our policies.
Product Variations
Product images are based on pre-production samples. While we aim for consistency, minor differences in color, fit, material, fabric weight, quality, and or print placement may occur. These are natural parts of the production process and do not qualify as defects.
Ordering In-Stock Items with Pre-Orders
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together when the pre-order is ready—unless stated otherwise. For faster delivery, please place separate orders.
