🔁Why does it take that long?
Each Sub Urban piece is made-to-order, meaning we don’t mass produce. It gives us time to source materials, oversee quality, and make sure everything’s done right — no shortcuts.

🌍Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
US: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

📦What if I ordered other (non-preorder) items?
If you combine a pre-order item with in-stock items, everything will ship together unless stated otherwise. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders.

🧵Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final sale — because your piece is made specifically for you. Be sure to double-check sizing and details before checking out and reach out if you need help choosing.

🖼️Will my order look exactly like the product photo?
Almost, yes. We use pre-production samples in our photos. Final pieces may have minor differences — but quality and attention to detail are always guaranteed. Changes in fabric type, weight, materials used, and overall design are subject to change.
